Get Bored: One Week Productivity Retreat
Retreat Concept
One week without distractions. Boredom as the cure.
Recognizing Avoidance
You might be avoiding what you should do:
- Watching exercise videos, instead of exercising
- Consuming transformation and before-and-after content instead of taking action
- Reading about what other do, instead of doing it yourself
- Talking about plans with friends without executing them
- Escaping into social media or entertainment when facing challenges
These are ways people create an illusion of productivity without actual progress.
Some things just need to be done.
